What's that mean? Due a credit

Guys, I oped a case against the seller, and he replied that : I accept to refund.. but his account is frozen now, So PayPal stepped on, now they asking me to prove that I'm (due a credit) what's that mean ?? I send them my credit card statement for that month - and said the reason : I received unstable item and the seller agreed to refund!! Please help

It seems like you claimed to PayPal that the seller refunded you but you just didn’t receive the refund/credit yet. That is why PayPal is asking for proof that a credit/refund is due/owed to you. If the seller just promised but didn’t refund, then you’re not owed a refund until the seller refunds.

 

What kind of case did you file? Billing error? Item not as described?
