I got scammed, never got my purchase and PayPal closed my dispute saying i did

Some facts would be good if you want advice.

Did you open a dispute?

Which did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim or did it time out?

Did the seller provide any information or tracking?

What was paypals decision?

Did they ask you to return what you received?

Did you supply a tracking number?
