Hello,

I opened a dispute, seller did not responded after a week and it says that the case will be closed in 14 days.

What does it mean? Do I get my money back? Thank you.

If its still at the dispute stage then do NOT let it auto-close.

If it auto-closes then you can't re-open it or a second dispute for the same transaction.

You have up to 20 days to escalate the dispute to a claim before it closes so make sure you do that if you have not already done so.

Only when its a claim does paypal get involved.
