Hello, Today I noticed an unauthorized pay in 4 plan on my bank account and I checked paypal and it is not showing up under active plans. However the money for 1 payment has already been taken out of my bank account. I did not authorize this charge, how can I dispute this to receive a refund.

I am sorry to hear what has happened. I do understand your concern with this. As you cannot see the payment plan on your PayPal account, I would suggest you contact our Customer Support for assistance. The relevant team can investigate this for you. To do this, simply click on 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
