Unauthorized access and name added

I received emails this morning regarding my account. There is a name and address added to my account of someone I don't know, and I didn't authorize. How do I fix this??

I am so sorry to hear what has happened. I know this must be concerning. If you have not already done so, please make sure to login and change your PayPal password and secuirty questions right away. This can be done by following the steps here. 

To report any unauthorized changes, please follow the steps here. Your account would then be reviewed, and any updates would be set via email.
