Cannot use paypal via gumtree

I just registered a paypal account, confirmed email and linked card, but cannot use it on gumtree. Why is it?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this error. It sounds like there may be unresolved issues with your PayPal account. 

To check your account status, I would suggest you go to your Resolution Center. If there are any requests for information, they will show there. You can also check the Notifications in your PayPal account. 

Once your account has been restored, please try linking your account again.
