URGENT: my claim got declined on a $600 of unauthorized transaction. what should I do?

My Paypal account was stolen. I got email saying there's a payment of  €422.80 EUR to a clothing shop in Germany. Iso I immediately filed a report. Today, my claim got declined saying: 

 

[ DENY CLAIM ] 10 yrs old ca acct. claims unauth ref ecp trxn. login from a consistent ip. rans details shows shipping addr is the newly added address using consistent ip. consistent w/spending pattern.

 

I live in Canada. How come it's consistent?  I never bought anything aboard and sent to a foreign country. 

 

What should I do now???

I am sorry to hear what has happened. I know this must be concerning. 

 

I would suggest you submit an appeal on this decision. Your account would then be sent for another review. A dispute can be appealed within 10 days of it being closed. Simply follow the steps here.

 

If you don't see the option to submit an appeal, please contact our customer support. This can be done by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
