Hi,

I need help from Paypal and the community in resolving my case with a scammer. Unfortunately, it is my first time to report a dispute,

I filed as "unauthorized transaction" but actually it is to file "not being able to receive the item" and that seller has not return any responses regarding the shipment of my goods.

I feel helpless that Paypal would not try to look into this. Since the Case closed automatically and that their customer service is unreachable now because of the Covid-19 crisis situation. I have purchased with the total of $19.98 x 6 transactions = $119.88. I can provide screenshots to prove my case.

I saw this shop through facebook then it lead me to the website opting me to pay through paypal express with my credit card. As you can see the website and the website has the name  "Lingc.Youp" that is registered to the scammer's account in Paypal. I have also read and confirmed reviews and reports that the website is a scam newly registered last March 2020.

Website you can see is selling the scooter offering to ask buyers to purchase here through paypal express.

Me too 😞

I have had to open a case tonight as like others I saw this company thru social media and clicked the link, Because it gave me the option to pay with paypal so because of paypals reputation, How wrong could I have been £40 gone and no goods to show for it.

I am just hoping that I am protected through buyer protection.

I am going back to my credit card provider to advise them of this fraudulent transaction.  Paypal should be ashamed of themselves, given that there are so many people getting scammed.

I have reported them to several social media groups too

Case ID: PP-D-65376520 USD 28,98 for ai fryer I purchased on 28 March 2020, This seller is a scammer and fraudulent seller, I received a children toy frying pan instead of the real normal electric air fryer which he shows a picture on his website under his Tracking information number VR237114837YP which he provided on 15 June 2020 in the resolution center page.

I have done exactly the same and was gutted I hadn't checked here before buying this scooter via Facebook. I was thinking 20 dollars that's too good to be true and I still bought it. This scammer is still going and when I contact via PayPal they use a Gmail account? I'm so annoyed as I can't stand scammers and I feel PayPal could do more with the amount of people who've replied to your comment. I've raised a dispute and escalated it because I'm no going to receive any item. I didn't get a payment failed email but it's still so frustrating. Good luck all. And PayPal please remove this scammer

Yes, I have also been scammed. I have also used the unauthorized option to dispute but paypal voted in favor of the seller Lingc.Youp on paypal. This time on another website called https://www.legella.com/ They did send a confirmation email but it has been a week and no word of shipping information. I have also sent emails to the seller but have no response.

Wow are you serious! PayPal in favor for the seller. With all these cases being reported there should be an investigation. Good luck on getting this resolved! We're going to need it.

I too have been scammed by this so called company. Paid with PayPal as I thought it was the safest way. Was also scammed by a company called smileyhomey which PayPal are dealing with at the moment. Going by all the comments, I'm fighting a losing battle. When you let paypal know about this, they should stop accepting payments for these scam companies
