Dear Paypal team / everyone else here!
On Thu, Jun 2, 12:47 PM (1 day ago), I received an email notification that someone has changed my Paypal's security questions and password, despite my account having 2FA in place (ie all logins have to go through my mobile phone). Can anyone on the Paypal team help out/investigate with this? I went through the contact us/agent for help, however, their advice was only to setup 2FA for my accounts (which I HAD in the first place, but was circumvented and bypassed as they are able to change my password and security questions). As such, hope anyone from the team can contact me to investigate this, and I really hope Paypal is able to improve their security features in the future. Thanks! - Ryan

Hi. My wife is going thru the same thing now but she can’t log into her account. It seems someone has changed her email and password and PayPal is closed. Any suggestions on what she can do?
