I made my Paypal account a few months ago and had one previously that I couldn't remember the email or Password to, recently I had gained access back to that account but since I was already using my current account for a multitude of services I thought it'd be better if I just transfer the money into my previous account to the new one. I'm not sure if it's against the user agreement but I see no reason for my account to be permanently limited if I wanted to send myself my own money. Would it be possible to reinstate my account or have my debit card removed from my current account?
