The Sellers fails to cancel my purchase

Hello,

I buy 2 items from Code Junkies, Gotcha and Gotcha evolve, after researching a little more I find the products have many connection issues.

So I open 2 tickets on the same day for the 2 orders, in this way I'm able to cancel both.

The Seller cancels 1 order but closes the ticket for the second order without cancelling the purchase so they send out the product.

I re-open the ticket and address this issue, with images that prove that I request a cancel order when the state of both products was still 'In Process/Unpaid/Unshipped', in there terms and services if the products are in this state and I open a ticket I have the right for a full refund.

But they didn't refund and send the product and now are saying that they cant cancel because it was already sent.

But I cancel the product, how do I procced in this situation?

Thanks for anyone that helps!

Below I send the images that prove that the state of the order was still "Process/Unpaid/Unshipped" yesterday.

Paypal covers you for item not received OR item received but not as described.

It does not cover buyer remorse unfortunately it would be up to your seller whether they agree to cancel and refund or not.

I understand but it isn't buyer remorse because I open the ticket to cancel the buy in the correct time accordingly to there terms and conditions, so the seller is breaking his own rules.

So does paypal doesn't cover for me, if the seller doesn't follow the rules on his store? I mean if I didn't have prove is one thing but i have the prints that prove that I request to cancel before they processed my request.

Because they did cancel 1 request but the other one they didn't it was a mistake on their part.

As stated below from their website:

"If your order is marked as 'In Process/Unpaid/Unshipped' you can create a support ticket to amend or cancel your order.

Once your order status has changed to 'In Process/Paid/Unshipped', you can no longer amend or cancel your order.

Order payments are processed first thing each working day and once payment has been taken orders are sent to our packing deparment for Royal Mail to collect.

What the seller offers you on their website has nothing to do with paypal, that is between you and the seller.

Again paypal only cover you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described and neither of those options are applicable to you.
