Someone donated money to me on my twitch stream and requested a refund after a week, what do I do?

Someone donated 500$ to me over a period of three weeks, now they’re asking for a refund and claims they didn’t make the payment. However I know for a fact they did, what do I do?

I am sorry to hear what has happened. I know this must be frustrating. Buyers have 180 days from the date of a purchase to open a dispute. 

When a buyer claims a transaction was not authorized, our teams complete a full review. If there is no evidence of unauthorized activity, the dispute would be denied. All the funds associated with the transaction would then be released to you. 

Unfortunately, Donations via Twitch are not covered under our Seller Protection Policy. This means if we find that a transaction was unauthorized, the funds may be refunded back to the buyer
