Should I even bother with Paypal if I'm not selling physical goods?

Paypal says they cover intangible goods under seller protection, but after receiving a chargeback and calling Paypal support it apparently isn't covered because I'm not selling physical goods with a tracking number. Why does their "seller protection for merchants page" say they cover intangible goods when they don't? I'm getting kinda tired of getting lied to by Paypal and losing money because of it. I wouldn't have sold anything if I knew there was no seller protection.

Yes, I read that already. The "Item not received" chargebacks were covered under seller protection, but the 'Unauthorized Transaction" chargebacks were not even though it said they were in the emails I received when the chargebacks were filed.
