Scamming

I have been scammed 3x by 3 different supposedly Chihuahua sellers. Is there a way to safely get at least some of my losses back from these terrible people. I am an older adult who should know better, but alas let loneliness get the better of me.

As long as you paid using the goods and services option or paid an invoice, you may open a dispute. Click open the transaction(s) and there should be a “Report a problem” link under the amount.

Click Issues with your purchase and select one that best fit your issue:

  • I haven’t received the item or service
  • I received an item or service that was different or not as described
  • I want a refund for some or all of the items in this order

If you only see Unauthorized activity in your PayPal account option then you paid using friends and family and unfortunately PayPal buyer protection does not apply to friends and family payments.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Yep, the first time I sent money it was goods and services and it wouldn't process. By that time I had felt I built a spiritual repore with this **bleep**. I was going thru a vulnerable time as I lost my furbaby, and they played me like a fiddle! So I felt comfortable to send as friends and family. Yeah, PayPal won't even acknowledge these scammers,so they will continue to do this to others. Anyone that goes thru this,we should all keep reporting until it gets big enough that SOMEONE will do something!

I am right there with you. I got scammed too by these lowlife. They emotionally manipulated me and emotionally bullied me into paying as friends and family so I'd have no chance in hell in getting my money back. I reported them but after lengthy messages. .I've come to realize that paypal supports scammers and are not doing NOTHING to stop them! I just knew I'd run across someone else and this is why I wanted them stopped! But alas, we are just victims that get emotionally sucked in by these leeches, and pay pal allows it. I think it's a conspiracy how no one is doing anything to track down these frauds. They are using fake numbers, fake emails, and fraudulently using drivers license...but, oh, it's ok! They will probably take down this post because I'm saying something ugly about their friendly cohorts! I did report to the FTC, and Consumer support. They can at least put them out in the www. I also contacted my local sheriff, they said I have to take it up with fb. Fb can't help because it was a 3rd party transaction with guess who...PAYPAL! I just hope like hell my identity isn't going to get stolen. The POS have my phone number and address! Good luck to, but don't hold your breath ! We will never see our money!
