overpaid account how do i cancel a payment that was double entered

Made two Payments to Account Telstra for pri-paid phone need to cancel one.

You can report duplicate payment if and when both transactions are listed as “Completed” on the Activity page.

Click the duplicate transaction in the Activity page.

Click Report a problem link.

Select My PayPal account was charged more than once for the same transaction under Transaction errors category.
