All the money I have made has been on hold so I’ve been paying for shipping. Then I randomly get refunds out of my bank from PayPal. I got a NSF fee. I can’t even access the money to give back. Their package is being delivered how are they refunding it.

Are there dispute(s) opened that you need to respond to? That’s how people can attempt their money back, through disputing or doing chargebacks.

Go to the Resolution Center to access open and closed cases.

Read the seller and buyer protection terms.

How do I respond to a PayPal case filed by my buyer?

How do I check the status of my case?

How can I appeal PayPal’s decision on my case?

Then you say you randomly get refunds [taken] out of your bank from PayPal? Did you issue refunds in the dispute or through the original transaction? Once a dispute is opened, PayPal deducts the amount from your available balance pending outcome of case(s). You may end up with a negative balance as a result for which you’ll have to add funds to PayPal to resolve. Or if you initiate a transaction, PayPal may tack on the amount you owe to the checkout total before you finalize payment.

The money on hold is temporarily not available for use until after 21 days. If you don’t have available funds in your PayPal balance to cover the issued refunds, it’ll come out of your bank account by eCheck. If your bank is insufficient, PayPal will try to debit the funds again causing NSFs until the attempts are exhausted and the refund is marked cancelled.
