Paypal sided with the scammer seller in my dispute. I provided photographic evidence. Now I am unable to reach anyone at PayPal. Are there any other options?
For an item not received dispute the item has to be significantly other than as described ie you ordered one thing and received something totally different.
They don't get involved in 'quality issues'.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
