Help , please , PayPal hasn't read the facts , I sold a designer coat on Amazon marketplace for £200 ,this person who bought it was also selling a bogus grafix card on Amazon I was unaware of also for £200. The coat buyer then asked for my email to send money via PayPal ,but she have the email address to the buyer of the grafix card and they sent the money to me, I received the money as expected and sent the coat off , Then after 5 days when the grafix card buyer didn't receive the card ,,contacted PayPal and because he didn't receive the card they refunded his money, I told PayPal about the fraud in a complaint and also appealed it , but they haven't read or understood what has happened,I believe the two people have organised the scam and I've lost out, Paypal are useless I've sent proof with screenshots but nobody has asked about the fraud , What next ?
