PP-D-45211970 - thank you (sarcasm) for siding with the Chinese fraudulent seller! Seller advertised product, sent significantly DIFFERENT product and only way they would refund me is if I spent more money which would amount to same, if not more, than original sale for my shipping cost (seller would not cover) ... and YOU (Paypal) sided with them ... HORRIBLE service and you obviously support fraudulent Chinese sellers! I will advertise this to others, report to BBB, and anything else I can do via social media. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER (lack of) service! There is NO buyer protection from you, can't wait to pay off this amount and NEVER use you again.

Did you receive your item via royal mail? Have you got a bogus delivery signature? There is a way to get your money back even if they side with the scammers

Hi Victoria - no this item was sent via chinese post. On the jiffy bag it clearly states that they are sending sunglasses which is obviously not what I purchased in the first place.

have they said you have signed for anything? If they haven't just deny you have it and you want proof that you have received anything, they then have to give proof of receipt and give you a number, they then should send you royal mail information and a delivery number. Ask PayPal for proof or ask the Chinese company for proof of delivery.

Hey people who have been victimized. Here's a link to suggest a TV station to do a story on the scam and PP's complicity.
https://ktla.com/about-ktla/contact-us/submit-news-tips-and-story-ideas/
It's KTLA in Los Angeles. Google the link if PP deletes it.

I recently had the same problem. Purchased an item that was advertised as coming from the uk as I don’t buy from Chinese sellers. As soon as I paid it showed a Chinese seller. Tried to cancel order without success. It took over 2 months for the wrong item to show up. Now PayPal says in order to receive a refund I have to return the item to China. It costs more to return it than just get ripped off. PayPal does not check there sellers and sure doesn’t protect there users. I will never use PayPal to purchase items again and I have used them for over 20 years
