I bought a watch off a Facebook advertisement (shopify store) for $32. To make a long story short the piece of junk arrived 3 weeks late, was nowhere near the original description, and seller continues to offer a mere $4 partial refund. They state this is contingent on the return shipping being to much and provide me with a link and I checked, $65 to return. I have filed a claim with PayPal. I know Pay Pal has guaranteed return shipping but this is a lot more money to invest in this obvious scam. Their store is no longer open and the link to my purchase no longer works. Trying to contact Pay Pal is impossible. The sellers return policy is seven days from receipt. The watch is probably worth $4. Do I risk investing more money in this deal or wait till the pay pal resolution date two weeks from now?
