paypal sided with scammer seller!!!

Hi, I was scammed by a seller for 105 dollars it was a vinyl record he posted as Purple variant, turns out it was a black variant
the black variant goes for 1 dollar its dirt cheap the puprle is rare and goes for 100$
Seller deleted his one account on discogs, he was previously banned with another account
I emailed him 4 months before opening the dispute demanding he send me the purple variant, he laughed and mocked me said ''F U'' etc and that paypal will believe him he has done it many times ETC I took a screenshotof the email its the same email he used for his paypal account and some person at paypal who was in charge of our dispute DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO READ my screenshots.
and now after he has won he has send me more emails mocking me and again admitting he is a life long scammer cause he gets away with it, I was so desperate I opened idk wht u call it a RE DISPUTE this time for fraudelent activity or whtever desperate fpor paypal to acknowledge hes a scammer!!!
paypal is never active I can nvr get in touch with them its driving me mad!!!!
how can they now even check all the screenshots of him mocking me via his paypal email account, they didnt even read anything
I added one screenshot of the email he send me months ago mocking me and admitting he is a scammer

I understand your concern about receiving an different item and the outcome of the case. Apologies for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. What you've described is certainly not the kind of experience PayPal wants for customers! PayPal internal security system always reviews every account and if there's any issue found, PayPal will take necessary actions towards the account.

hi, thank you for your message I did in fact started an appeal couple of days ago, and this time whoever was in charge of it actually read my statements I provided all the proof including the seller bullying me via email, and paypal sided with me I got a full refund!!
it is very important that whoever is in charge of the dispute actually bothers investigating this is the new way of scamming you buy something very rare and they send you the item but a different cheap variant, that way its hard too proof.
Luckily i showed them he was banned from discogs, the emails he send me admitting he scammed me , and after his initial WIN he then mocked me and again bragging how he will continue to scam and earn thousands of dollars a month this way.
it is very sad we have such evil people in this world, but glad that the appeal worked =D
