Scam invoice and number

I got a weird invoice from someone I don’t know and then when I tried to call the number no answered but then I got a randomly phone number calling me saying they are from PayPal and the man on the phone was trying to help me and asked me to download an app called any disk then I got suspicious when I saw the warning on the app and cancel the call and deleted the app again, I feel I was about to being get hacked?

Yes, I had this same issue, from Trader Wish LLC. It showed up in my notifications inbox has having purchased some camera and sending me an estimate. I didn't call the number but figured it was a scam. I tried reporting to PayPal but I didn't see any way to do so, unless they somehow debit the money from your account, then it would be an unauthorized purchase.

Yes I tried to report it to PayPal but it’s not easy to get around like you said but I am trying to call instead and waiting for them to call back, yes now I am sure it’s a scam, luckily my PayPal credit is closed and I don’t have any active cards on there either

I do understand your concern about receiving unknown invoices. Please be informed that the unknown invoice may be a phishing attempt. If you believe the email or invoice is fake, don’t click on any links and please forward it to phishing@paypal.com.
