I have been had by a company with multiple names claiming to be linked to the USPS. I paid through what looked like a USPS portal. But my money was taken by a person from Asia.
The web page appeared to be authentic: It had all the USPS logos and lettering perfectly. But my payment went to a so called Marco [removed] and was taken from my bank account by a Sue [removed] in Asia. Along with fees for an international transaction.
Pay Pal makes it difficult to find this page.

Hello @Doulton,
Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear a recent transaction wasn't quite as it seemed. If you paid through your PayPal account, I would recommend seeing if the option to Open a dispute is available. if you paid as a guest, please reach out to our Customer Support teams for what next steps are available.
Good luck with your case!
