Anyone have a scam pulled on them where the sender uses a fraudulent shipping confirmation? I placed an order couldn’t contact the seller for any shipping confirmation. Then when PayPal reached out to the seller, seller provides a tracking number to a different address in my city for a different package. I only know this, After going through all the reporting and verification with usps. When presenting my findings with shipping label provided by usps, PayPal still declines dispute. Apparently a tracking number… any old tracking number is sufficient for PayPal to allow the scam to work.

Failing that, fine a complaint at bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA to reach PayPal’s executive escalations office and appeal.
