Resolution Center Refund Error

I recently got approved for a partial refund of an expensive item I ordered but never received due to the business being fraudulent. When I try to accept the refund, the screen loads for over a full minute or 2, then I get an error screen saying “Something went wrong” on PayPal’s side and I am unable to accept the refund. There is a deadline to accept, so how can I accept my partial refund if the error screen has been showing up every time for the past 3 days?
