Error message when dealing with Resolution Centre

I'm trying to file a claim on paypal but when trying to go to the resolution centre i’m greeted with the message "Sorry, looks like something went wrong on our end. Try again later." I've retried numerous times and I can't get through, please help.

I’ve been having the same problem for days as well. I’m assuming it’s a PayPal problem that should be resolved soon, however I hope they fix it so I can get my refund before the last day to accept.
