I ordered three boxes of the same product that had Resilient Media Pte. Ltd as the company nene but I received an email stating payment could show up under Cozy Damsel and another name. It took so long to show up I contacted them and received the email again that “it was on the way”, I disputed and after Oayoal sent an email for a response to them I received a package not far thereafter. However the product was not in the boxes that I took s picture of that I bought. The product was unsanitary thrown in baggie and mailed to me. Not even considering COVID I would not accept a purchase like that. PayPal changed my not received dispute to nit as described and their purchase guarantee reimbursed me. I had to throw package away. Since they had given me 3 names it could be under you may have bought from one company name but it showed up under another name. Nonetheless they got away with it. This was not the first time I received a product sent without package from China. I have received a wrong product quotes unuseful and quite lower in price plus a product said it was sent to me but sent to an address in another state. While I have received good products from China, lately more than not they have never arrived or were not what I purchased. I will never use anything other than Pay for any purchases ever. Be careful ordering from China as for a year now all but 2 purchases have been frauds. Make sure you use PayPal to protect your purchases. When a company uses more than one name they have found a way to deceive.
