Hi, I ordered an antistatic record cleaner from these guys after seeing the remarkable video of restoring an old scratched record using their product at a cost of $27.99 US Dollars. About 2 months later I was delivered a tiny bottle of automobile anti-scratch formula. It came from an address in Chullora NSW - I can only assume that this has been sent as a substitute for a product that doesn't exist. I'll try contacting PayPal to see if they'll do anything about this. Interesting that all of you also have complaints regarding these people. Cheers Mark Sydney Australia
