Hello Paypal Community, I am very disappointed by paypal action on my account as I am an old user and they limited my account just because I claimed few chargebacks from fiverr sellers which were refunded from fiverr. Paypal limited my account permanently on this, I just have one question, Where is the payment of refunded amount from fiverr which is not in my paypal ballance as well as in my credit card? I contacted fiverr support and they said payment has been refunded to payment provider but here paypal closed all my open cases and said they are ineligible for refund. Any Solution please?

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

But the case is already closed and paypal said "The case was closed as this transaction is ineligible for PayPal Purchase Protection". It means paypal is not going to refund my payment to my card but for the same order when I contacted fiverr, they said order has been cancelled and payment sent to payment provider. Basically payment is refunded from fiverr to paypal but paypal is not going to pay me as my paypal account has been limited permanently for no reason.

Hi everyone! Thank you for visiting our Community Forum! Thank-you @kernowlass for your help so far. We appreciate all the guidance you lend our customers.

@Abdul879, welcome! I'm sorry to hear about the recent events on your account. I can certainly understand how concerning this all must be. Have you tried reaching out to our Customer Support teams on this yet? They'll be able to provide the best and most complete info on that refund and how that limitation is affecting it. Depending on the reason for the limitation, a refund may or may not complete back to your card. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.  They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.

Good luck,
