Hello, I received that message from Resolution centre "Thank you for reporting this case. After our review, we found that certain transactions weren't unauthorised and hence weren't eligible for Buyer Protection." Does it mean that I am not entitled to a refund? Thanks

If you filed unauthorised you were telling paypal that your paypal account was hacked and used by someone else to make the transactions that you reported.
Paypal checked IP addresses etc and determined that they thought you did make the transactions and so declined your refunds.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
