Getting Very Frustrated with Trying to Get Help for an Issue

I'm getting extremely frustrated with the Help system here. This is my problem: I have a Purchasing Credit Card through work. It used to be tied to my PayPal account but I recently removed it because I didn't want to accidentally charge a personal item to my Corporate Purchasing Card (P-Card we call it). I was processing my P-card today at work (justifying my expenses) and there was a charge for $46.00 from February that just said it was to "PayPal". There was no other information about who was the seller or what I purchased. I don't remember what this was and I don't have a receipt for whatever it was. I checked my PayPal history and there is no transaction in my history in that amount or around that date for this purchase. I also don't remember if I removed my P-card from my PayPal before or after this transaction supposedly occurred.

I tried to resolve this through the PayPal's Dispute Center on-line but when you say you want to report a problem, it only allows you to pick from the list of transactions from your history which, as I said, this transaction is not listed there. I've tried everything. I tried to pick a random transaction to which I was then going to write in the memo field that my problem wasn't with this transaction but with something that showed up on my credit card that isn't listed but there was no where to write something like this. I tried the chat in the help section and it basically just told me to go to the Dispute Center. I tried calling support and they told me the same thing.

Anyone else have a similar issue and, if so, any recommendations on how to resolve? I'm ready to throw something at the wall. LOL

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and didn't log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a guest buyer.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.
