Refund

I had made a purchase threw PayPal. After being unhappy, I filed a complaint. The company I bought from emailed and said they would refund my money. I sent all emails to PayPal concerning my refund that the company agreed to. PayPal closed the dispute and I recieved NOTHING ! PayPal said not enough information. The email from the company agreeing to refund my money was included, there is no better info to show PayPal besides that. But I recieved nothing. PayPal sucked in closing my dispute Cheryl

Did you file a dispute for item received but not as described?

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim before it auto closed 20 days after opening it?

Did paypal not find in your favour?
