Hi i am selling a product but the buter said he made a payment and i got an email for it so it listed that i must send a waybill number via the same email and then the money will be credited so i have done so and then the email says the parcel must first be in transit before the moeny will show so it feels asif its a scam who can help me? The email that was sent to me is [removed] is it official paypal email or is it a scam?
From reading your post it doesn't sound like this is a legitimate buyer. I have removed the email address you shared as it is against the guidelines to post however I can tell you that this is not one of our email addresses. We would also not ask you to send the details you have been requested to send. Please do not ship any item unless you can see the funds on your PayPal account.
