Why is my account restricted and not allowed to upload information.

Remind me of upload errors when I try to upload information. However, I tried again later and still couldn't upload the information. Please reply to me as soon as possible. thanks

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble while uploading the information in your PayPal account. PayPal may restrict an account for various reasons and you can find the possible reasons for the restrictions here. When an account is restricted, you won't be able to perform certain actions with your account, such as withdrawing, sending, or receiving money. Usually, PayPal ask you to complete some steps to remove the restrictions and the steps will be available in the Resolution Center/notification center. 

 

Please try like clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your or try using a different browser/device. You can also refer this page to avoid mistakes while uploading the information in your PayPal account. If the issue persists after trying these, please reach out to PayPal Support team to get this solved for you.
