Someone disputed a charge that they literally paid 3 months ago and are now trying to get it back because they are in debt. How do i get rid of this? I am a streamer and he sent it to me as a direct dono.

To get rid of it is to issue a refund. If the transaction was properly classified as a donation (ie. donor donated using a PayPal donation button or link), then sender is not covered under “buyer protection” otherwise the case is harder to win because the scope of PayPal dispute is rather limited to item not received, significantly not as described, or unauthorized transaction and sender can fall back on chargeback rights if the sender don’t win PayPal dispute for which are even more harder to win. With live stream donations, it’s best to not spend the money until at least after 180 days or keep a reserve/stash around to cover refunds in case you get the occasional dispute.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Well just provide your side of the story with compelling proof that you have to PayPal and cross your fingers.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
