Pending transaction I don’t recognise on my dads accoun

My dad has a pending transaction on his account tonight which he hasn’t made, but customer support is not open until tomorrow, it won’t let him open a case in the resolution centre and he has now received emails saying his account limitation has been lifted and he can now transfer unlimited money. We have changed his password tonight and will contact support in the morning but is there anything else we can do?

In order to get more details as why he is unable to dispute the transaction he can contact our Social media platform via Facebook and help them with screenshot of the payment so that our associate will provide the details as what has to be done next to avoid any further trouble.
