Hi @Lastern , Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that the merchant account was hacked. In order to to get the refund you should have selected option Item not received and filed dispute, since you have made the payment and you selected the Unauthorized transaction to file dispute the dispute will be resolved in favor of merchant. You are seeing the status on Ebay as refunded then you don't have to file dispute as refund will automatically be added to same mode of payment that was used. If you do not receive refund then you can contact our support team and open a new dispute with the correct options. Have a great day ahead. -Jonny.
