In order to to get the refund you should have selected option Item not received and filed dispute, since you have made the payment and you selected the Unauthorized transaction to file dispute the dispute will be resolved in favor of merchant. You are seeing the status on Ebay as refunded then you don't have to file dispute as refund will automatically be added to same mode of payment that was used.
