Transaction inquiry

I purchased an item at an online website on Saturday, March 11. Instead of receiving an order confirmation, all I got was an email from PayPal showing I had sent money to a person’s name. It will be 48 hours since transaction occurred, and still no order confirmation . I have emailed the online website twice and gotten no response. Should I open a claim and get a refund?

Hi @Joilakig

I am sorry to know that you have not received any confirmation from merchant for the order placed, order confirmation email will be sent by PayPal and it will include complete details like transaction ID and merchant email address. If you have made a Goods/services payment then you can file dispute any time within 180 days with the merchant and get refund. Click here to view the details on filing dispute and get refund. Before that I suggest you to try contact merchant via email.

Have a great day ahead. -Jones.
