Hello, I wanted to open a dispute to cancel a payment. But PayPal reference to the ebay page, which tells me that there is no object. So I'm stuck. I had to wait too long, but PayPal said we have 180 days to cancel, right? I paid on December 7th. The arrival date was scheduled for mid-February. I waited because of the virus. It's March. It hasn't been 180 days or six months. So if I have 180 days, how do I do it?

Thank you for this quick response. I actually figured out how to do it soon after a bit by chance. In fact if it didn't work, it's because I went on PayPal and then on the activities summary page and that's how PayPal refer us to the Ebay page. Actually where it worked was when I went on PayPal, but then on Litigation Manager. This is where you can check the box of the transaction you want and then make a request or contact the seller.

Hi ! You won’t be able to cancel the payment but open a dispute/claim for a refund that you will have to justify (example : order not received...). You have to log on your Paypal account, find the transaction, click on it and report a problem (below). Take care
