Paypal closed my case when it is their fault and they have refused to credit my account. I contacted the seller and they stated PayPal has my money.

A lot of the story is missing.

 

What problem are you having with seller? Not shipping order or you received something entirely different? Unauthorized transaction?

 

What type of PayPal case did you file?


I contacted the seller and they stated PayPal has my money.


When you file a dispute, that puts a hold on the amount in dispute but did the case close in your favor or the seller’s favor?

I had a subscription last year of which I cancelled from the seller. Didn't realise needed to cancel from PayPal as well. When i realise PayPal charged me the next subscription amount. Then I let it slide and cancelled it. For the forthcoming months, I still noticed the charge, I contacted PayPal they sent me a request that they will credit the amount on my account. I waited for another 3 months, didn't receive the credit. Hence, I file a resolution. I replied to all their responses. However, they sent a message saying my case was closed because I refused to submit additional information. This is wrong because I have evidence I sent all necessary documents to them.
