I had a subscription last year of which I cancelled from the seller. Didn't realise needed to cancel from PayPal as well. When i realise PayPal charged me the next subscription amount. Then I let it slide and cancelled it. For the forthcoming months, I still noticed the charge, I contacted PayPal they sent me a request that they will credit the amount on my account. I waited for another 3 months, didn't receive the credit. Hence, I file a resolution. I replied to all their responses. However, they sent a message saying my case was closed because I refused to submit additional information. This is wrong because I have evidence I sent all necessary documents to them.
