Hello, so I have a question & need help on how to resolve it . A different person with the same last name as mine , somehow added my credit card to her PayPal account & withdrew money from my card and sent it thru PayPal to someone else. I filed with my credit card company and they said that they didn’t consider it as fraud. Waited almost 8 months for them to reply to me & now I’m left with asking PayPal what to do. Thanks. I do have screenshots and letters supporting this.

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
