PAYPAL STEALING MONEY DIRECT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT

On 25th April ONE payment of £29.99 should have been payed from my bank account to Paypal but two payments were taken.

 

At first i thought the vendor had been payed twice so i opened a dispute on the transaction.  After speaking to the vendor it was clear they knew nothing about it and that the second payment had been pocketed by paypal so i closed the dispute against the customer and contacted Paypal customer services (with the required evidence) to sort out the problem.

 

Their response was "We do not deal with closed disputes."

 

This is a disgraceful attempt by Paypal Customer Services to fob me off after having stolen money directly from my bank account and i am now very angry about it.

 

Does anybody have any suggestions on how Paypal can be held accountable for this theft and how I can get my money back?

Paypal has another scam.3 orders i made i didnt receive.3 hideabeds advertised on facebook.and a battery for me ebike.the battery came to 132.ordered on ebay.paypal helped themselves to 40 dollars on top of that.while i was disputing the sofabeds i asked them for an onvoice the still have sent me one for the battery the ther account activity is vague no breakdown as to what they are charging.so paypal agrees to pay you back but they keep the money they skimmed of of you.they say you are being refunded your money case closed in your favour.NOOOOOO!Not in my favour.if that were true ide be getting 100%of my money back.what a scam these products exist somewhere and numerous made up companies all advertise the same products with no intention of sending anything.i tried to cancel they didnt even ship the item in the time that was guaranteed %=#$$=message d me back no we sending now you like you no can cancel now.so these%=÷#:!$@have no product paypal pretends to be acting in your favour makes pretend inquiry with overseas accomplices keeps a portion of your money while giving nothing but lies in return.these%%##$$need to be jailed.no sale no transaction no fee this is an unchecked business practice that is going on nothing is being done about it.also check any credid statements that have funny abbreviations and end with .com these are these same merchants helping themselves with your money.if you see them go to their weside at ask them why they are taking money ask them who they are.they say they are customer service but they cant say any service that you have received.then go to your bank or creditcard provider.demand chargeback.make a stink tell anyone and everyone about these lowlifes.they need to be stopped .when i return items anywhere i expect to be fully refunded and that is the case 99%of the time.this is fraud in its purest form.they need to be more transparent with all sales.they take side with the merchant who we know scamming us.paypal needs to be prove evidence of legitimate vendors products and complete breakdown on all transactions.no receive noone should get paid this promotes dishonesty.

They stole $6,000 from a friend of mine.  She runs a NOT FOR PROFIT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION!  They stole money from a charity!  She has all the licenses and documents to run the non-profit.  PayPal is a scam business that is all over the country as well as international.  THEY NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS!!  In all the research I've done, I have found an OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF PEOPLE FROM WHOM PAYPAL HAS STOLEN MONEY!!  

REPORT THEM!!!

I've been jostling with PayPal for almost two weeks. They blocked my account on the BROWSER on the pretext that I no-longer live in the UK, and so the only access I have is via the app to lodge my complaint. At the moment, I can't send nor receive money on my account and there's cash on my account that they are holidng on to, ILLEGALLY. Nobody in Chat Assistant is actually doing anything to resolve my problem. In their latest message they asked me to write to europeanservices via email and when I did, I received an autoresponder type message from <removed>  that actually does not address my issue at all. It's as though they don't actually have human eyes looking into this. Seriously, I don't want this PayPal account anymore! I have had ENOUGH. What I want is MY MONEY BACK, and I've told them just that. Reading this thread and all the complaints, it looks like I'm not alone. It is becoming more and more apparent that they're going to STEAL MY MONEY! It looks like this is an elaborate scheme PayPal have devised to STEAL from us.
