Hey Everybody! I placed an order on PatMcgrath.com for a few items during their cyber week sale. The order was processed through the website and the payment was withdrawn via PayPal, but no shipping information or confirmation of purchase was sent to me. This leads me to believe that an order was never processed properly by the system- they accepted a payment but didn’t release any goods for shipping. I have tried contacting both the seller and escalated this issue to Paypal; however the notifications show that the merchant isn’t responding to them. Does anyone know how PayPal deals with such cases? If they other side doesn’t respond, does that go in my favour and do I get my due refund? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

If seller doesn’t respond to PayPal within the deadline given after case is already escalated, PayPal will eventually rule in your favor and process a refund.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
