Hello,

I have recently started using my account to receive some funds and paypal told me I need to confirm my identity. All good upto here. I have went in and submitted my id and told me 2-4 days they will get back to me. This was a month ago.

Now, when I go to my account, in notifications, I see the message to add documents and when I click on it, I immediately get the we will get back to you in 2-4 days message and does not allow me to submit anything new or query for an update.

Normally I would contact Paypal, and try to get them to solve the issue, and believe me I tried, but have not been able to contact them for the past 1 week.
Basically:

1. When I go to resolution center, it does not allow me to sumbit a ticket without choosing a transaction first. When I choose the last transaction and try to sumbit a ticket, I get an error message and cannot proceed.

2. When I to message center, I cannot get past the bot, a customer representative is never available (for the past 1 week)

3. When I try to call, I get a code and a phone number, but the phone number is always outright busy so I cannot get through.

So now I am in a situation where I was asked to submit my id, which I did, told me they will get back to me in 2-4 days, which they never did, does not let me to do anyhing with that now and just display the message we will get back to you in 2-4 days all the time (for the past month), and now I cannot make payments, and it tells me to contact them, but does not allow me to contact them by any possible means.

Any advice on what I can do? Thanks in advance

Kemal

In that case try one of these >>>

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Firstly can you confirm you are in Cyprus, only a lot of countries that can't accept paypal payments in their country use Cyprus to try and bypass paypals regulations.
