Keidson Scam

I’m another person scammed by them and reporting. Over 3 months no product then received completely wrong product and won’t refund. Still awaiting PayPal to complete dispute. Why don’t they ban this company, this community has loads of complaints about keidson. Well don’t to PayPal for suppporting fraud.

My complaint has been with PayPal resolution since May, absolutely no joy!!

got a return address sent with tracking number  got postage refunded

phoned through to paypal pushed them and provided emails and confirmed return and no advised I will get refund just waiting

 

amazed the company hasn't been blocked from using the platform

I have been scammed also.

The ‘fire pit’  I received is smaller than my hand!

Refund if I return it plus $10 postage!! Then they put the return address in Chinese!!! Post Office will not accept this. Scam. Thought I was buying off a US site ..... PayPal is turning a blind eye me thinks

I was also taken in my the plouting.com website as advertised on Instagram. Purchased a "large firepit kit" as still shown on their website: https://www.plouting.com/products/bonfire and received this joke:

Yep, I got scammed too!!!  Why doesn't paypal resolve this quickly when they know how many of us have been scammed??  A credit card company would simply say they are taking it off the charges and charging back the company but paypal just drags it out.  Is paypal getting so much money from this company that they are ignoring the rest of us?  It's not right!!!!  If I don't get my money back, I will discontinue using paypal, no matter how convenient it may be.
