Keidson Scam

I’m another person scammed by them and reporting. Over 3 months no product then received completely wrong product and won’t refund. Still awaiting PayPal to complete dispute. Why don’t they ban this company, this community has loads of complaints about keidson. Well don’t to PayPal for suppporting fraud.

Had the same problem. Paypal was no help. Paypal told me I needed to return the product to the seller in order to get a refund. I sent the incorrect product back to the address Keidson support supplied me (in China). While the return sat in China customs for over 3months, Paypal closed my case, meaning they were done with me. I did my part, Paypal did not help me at all. Once a case is closed, it's closed for good. No product and no refund.

For starters I can’t believe this is still happening, nice one PayPal. Second, This is not true. I had my case closed several times only to have it opened again and eventually got a refund without returning the item. Go I. Fighting with ammunition. I proved to them the address was non existent, call the mobile number, no one answers, and the list of dodgy trades being listed on this site was rediculous and made it seem like PayPal were in on it. I reported it to my relevant government department, against PayPal not Keidson, told them of this, then receive a refund. Can’t win a war without ammunition and strategy.
