JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED.

Clearly a Chinese based company that's laughing all the way to the bank, especially with "brother PayPal facilitating" their fairly complex efforts to relieve us of our cash.

"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED."  I'M NOW LIKELY ONE OF THEM. THESE COMPANIES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT "SELLER AND BILLER" NAMES ARE HARD TO TRACK, but shame on PayPal!

So reading these messages I guess I can kiss goodbye to the money I sent for a purchase three months ago. Paypal have closed my case according to them the items were dispatched. Dispatch date is after the stated delivery date they don't have proof of delivery and I'm still productless. Another win for China 😞

My case as been closed in my favour and I am awaiting my refund. I have been able to get a letter from the post office stating the tracking sent the parcel to another part of the country. I traced It to the area. I realised where it was sent to and posted a letter to the delivery office. As I was going around in circles with the telephone calls. So everyone my advice is don’t give up.

I managed to get partial refund after informing the email address for Gushinglove.com that I was taking civil action AND I had spoken to the delivery company YODEL and informed then that court action was to follow.

That day I got refund for the goods from Jinzhou Network Tech, BUT NOT for the packaging, I am now working with Nat West to try and get this money back.

I had contacted PayPal but not even a reply from them so followed my own route - even contacted HMRC about this "company"

I have also tried to get the company removed from Facebook but again useless reply saying I can block this company - I know that, but I am trying to protect others from these scam companies.

I made a claim and Pay Pal denied it because Jinzhou sent a FAKE tracking number a day before their deadline and now I’m out of $62 bucks!thanks PayPal for taking up for thieves!!

Don't know if you're a real contributor, or even someone setup by either the scammer, or any other entity in the chain of deceit..to placate all the unfortunate victims of this scam & make them go away.. I wonder just how many scams like this operate simultaneously and while lengthening this dispute process, they maker more $$$ ! Your advice is, unfortunately, NULL & VOID, given that we don't get to know enough on the connecting website/Facebook to determine all you warn against.. I didn't even get to see any change of name UNTIL AFTER HAVING PAID $...TOO LATE! This scammer changes name about every 2 weeks..hindsight is great, isn't it!

My story with JINZHOU is much the same as many others on here. Ordered item, never arrived.  Contacted seller and was given the "send to wrong address, our bad, another item is on it's way" excuse. Never received it.  Disputed through Paypal. Seller advised item was on it's way and "not to worry". Waited a bit longer and upped the dispute through Paypal. Seller sent "confirmed" tracking number advising item was delivered by USPS and item was left "in or at" the mailbox. The item(s) were too big to fit in my mailbox and was never received. I am sure this was a "stolen" tracking number of another item sent to my address. Case is currently "under review" by Paypal but I suspect the claim will be denied. I will continue to pursue it as recommended. On a side note I am extremely disappointed with Paypal over them not taking a more active roll in banning this seller from using their services. As an online seller who has used Paypal for many years to send and receive payments, I am now looking into a different system for my business and will drop Paypal if this dispute is denied. I know several other businesses whose owners use Paypal services as well. I will advise them of this incident. Loss of income for Paypal might be the only way to get their attention. With so many complaints on their own website it is obvious Paypal is aware of this company and it's "questionable" reputation. The fact that they are unwilling to address it is quite concerning to me as it should be to others. Paypal needs to up it's game or face the backlash.

Why does it say this is solved? When people are still being scammed on a daily basis.

Yes, I have asked the same question on here..Obviously, no one from PayPal watches, or even cares what is said on here..I also asked the 'esteemed advice giver/pretend user' who apparently solved it..what use is a generic warning to people who have already been scammed? The scammer also appeared to not be Chinese..yet another ploy.. Irritating, isn't it! We're simply locked inside a maze for disillusioned buyers... I THINK THEY BELIEVE IT'S SAFER TO COLLECT US HERE, SO WE'RE LETTING OFF STEAM, BUT ACHIEVING LITTLE.. I KEEP SAYING THIS - CALL PAYPAL, AGAIN & AGAIN UNTIL THEY HAVE TO LISTEN.. REMEMBER, IT COSTS THEM MONEY TO HAVE REAL PEOPLE SOLVING REAL PROBLEMS, JUST AS IT HAS COST US..

I've reported Jinzhou Network to Action Fraud & to a very successful TV consumer programme, here in UK, mentioning also the obstacles which PayPal put in the way of customers whom Jinzhou have defrauded. I'm sure they must all be inundated with this sort of thing, but it can't hurt, can it.

As I suspected, Paypal denied my claim shortly after the "seller / scammer" supplied a bogus "confirmed" tracking and delivery number. I then sent an email to Paypal. I advised them that it was obvious that the seller was a scam artist, that Paypal knew it (as evidenced by the hundreds of complaints on their own website) and that in allowing it to continue, Paypal was complicit with it. I advised that unless the case was reopened and further investigated, that I would take my business elsewhere and make sure that I explained why to anyone who would listen. I appealed to their sense of business by saying that although the money scammed was not much, that was not the point. The point was that I had been a customer for many many years and they needed to do the right thing and that they knew they should as well. Less than 24 hours after sending the email (thru this page) my money was returned to my Paypal account. It is now my hope that they ban this "seller" from any future use of their services. My suggestion to anyone on here going through the same thing is to do be the "squeaky wheel". Continue to call, email, text them until you get action on your complaint. Appeal to their sense of good business. Be firm but polite. Hope this helps others.
