Clearly a Chinese based company that's laughing all the way to the bank, especially with "brother PayPal facilitating" their fairly complex efforts to relieve us of our cash.
"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED." I'M NOW LIKELY ONE OF THEM. THESE COMPANIES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT "SELLER AND BILLER" NAMES ARE HARD TO TRACK, but shame on PayPal!
Well done. I approached my bank about one rejected claim and as it was only a small amount of money they refunded it without taking it further. I am still awaiting a decision around my second claim via PayPal resolution centre but expect a similar decision. I’m sure that my bank will refund that as well. However it’s not the money but the principle and I have already made one formal complaint. I shall not let this drop and agree that PayPal appears to be complicit Perhaps this is the line we should all take.
I've also been scammed by Jinzhou Network. Ive been back and forth with Paypal and they continue to deny my claim. Seller provided tracking number with USPS and tracking only provides a zip code to which it was delivered and not an address. I went to our main post office and the supervisor said the package was NOT delivered to my address which is on the shipping info Seller provded. He couldn't tell me under the law what address they delivered to, to protect the party it was delivered to, and could only tell me it was delivered in a zip code one digit off from mine. He did say if paypal or seller wish to inquire they can do so and information will be provided. The tracking confirmation clearly shows it was delivered to the wrong zip code. But Paypal wont accept that and will NOT refund my money. Three way scam to me. while in line at PO a woman behind me overheard my issue. She was there with an item from CHINA that was delivered to her that she didn't order. It was a cheap plastic bracelet. SO many people on social media in FLORIDA this has happened to. This SCAM has come to light now
I have been waiting for over THREE months for an order which allegedly got delivered in October. PayPal will not dispute this claim since Jinzhou provided evidence they sent it. It never reached me! I’m £50 out of pocket.
