You could try contacting the carrier to find out where your assigned tracking number was delivered to or approach your bank. NatWest refunded me on my first incident immediately  ... View more

PayPal have today refunded my payment on my second claim of £13.99 against this company! I was waiting for them to decline it like the first claim fo £15.99 but this time I didn’t have to argue. I think that because I created such a fuss over the first one they might have thought that this one wasn’t worth the hassle but I had checked back on the resolution centre info and the tracking number the firm had supplied as Hermes didn’t even exist on the Hermes site.  I approached my bank yesterday  about the first claim and they immediately refunded it without question. Well done. I approached my bank about one rejected claim and as it was only a small amount of money they refunded it without taking it further. I am still awaiting a decision around my second claim via PayPal resolution centre but expect a similar decision. I’m sure that my bank will refund that as well. However it’s not the money but the principle and I have already made one formal complaint. The message centre offers the opportunity to upload and attach information but you can’t directly forward emails. I copied my email to a word document and uploaded that. They still didn’t accept it! After several weeks of messages I rang my bank today and they immediately refunded my £15-99 which I know is a paltry amount. I also have a claim against the same company for 13-99. This is still “being decided” . I expect the outcome will be the same...the tracking number on this item is not even detectable! Once PayPal decision is finalised I will again approach my bank. I will never use PayPal again and am not leaving this. I will submit an official complaint to PayPal about this company and also be writing to their CEO. They should not be getting away with this and should be divorcing this company if they value their reputation. ... View more

Have also ordered items from this company that never arrived. the orders were placed with two supposed UK companies but paypal stated that they are the company taking payment. Despite many emails to link never any satisfaction just excuses. Escalate claim to pay pal. First complaint has been denied because seller provided "proof of delivery and tracking" item was never delivered. Managed at last to contact local depot from where delivery was supposedly made and-bingo!the given tracking number was not my parcel but a parcel delivered to someone else around 6 miles away. This shows the company are plagiarising tracking numbers and offering them as proof of delivery. Just trying to find a way of forwarding the info to paypal which is difficult as they have no customer service email. Will keep trying and let you know how i get on ... View more
